Cancellations:
For cancellations, before the 21st day till your arrival date, we return the downpayment. For cancellations on the 20th day or later till your arrival date, we keep the downpayment.
Non-show:
We charge 100% of your stay.
Modifications of reservation (early departure):
Payment of your actual stay and charge of 50% of the days remaining from the original reservation as compensation.
